The hotel is clean and kept up well and the area it is in has nice commodities around it. The staff is friendly and Nick at the front desk is very accommodating and helped me with things I needed. I would definitely stay again.

Positive: The staff was friendly. Negative: The room was disgusting!! Tiny roaches everywhere. What looked like died up bodily fluid on floors. Food crumbs under the bed. Clumps of hair everywhere. The only good thing about the room was the air worked and the tub wasn't clogged, to my surprise.

This hotel isn't bad for extended stays. The staff has always been great and the room was clean. The whole you only get new towels and sheets once a week is rough but otherwise I wasnt bothered by anything else.

She was the front desk staff who initially checked us in for our extended stay and was very thorough in explaining what to expect. Her professionalism and welcoming attitude set the tone for a great experience. Nicholas: His friendly demeanor and professionalism really stood out. He was attentive, efficient, and always willing to help with a smile, making every interaction enjoyable. Ciara: Her attentiveness and positive attitude truly made a difference. Terrible, I called prior to arriving to Tampa, Florida to confirm the last time to check in. Was advised the check in was until 3 AM. I had no access to checking in window was closed. Had people smoking and drinking outside the hotel. Definitely gave me shelter vibes
