Hyatt House Tampa Airport / Westshore

This is a nice clean hotel. The room was awesome, it had a kitchen area stocked with dishes and pots and pans if you wanted to cook. They have a free breakfast in the lobby. If you bring your dog, there is a $100 cleaning fee. I brought my chihuahua, I think they should charge a little less depending on the size of the dog. That is my only complaint. Everything else was excellent. The lady at the front desk was very friendly. I would recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel as a family, and a big part of that was thanks to the amazing staff—especially Vicky and Jade. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. They resolved a booking issue for us, which made a potentially stressful situation easy. Vicky and Jade also took the time to recommend great beaches and family-friendly restaurants, which really enhanced our trip and helped us make the most of our stay. Their local knowledge and genuine care made us feel truly looked after. We had a fantastic experience overall and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding location and very comfortable accommodations, but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. From calling before my arrival to advise of a delayed flight, to being warmly welcomed when I finally arrived, this staff deserves every accolade. Shuttle service to/from the airport was easy and friendly as well. Cannot recommend this property enough if you need an easy overnight stay near to the airport.

Perfect location. Lovely pool area.. The breakfast is excellent. Convenient,quiet restuarant and bar. The front desk staff were exceptional. Went to great lengths to help guests.Tiffany was a shining star!!! She moved heaven and earth to accommodate us. She was an amazing superstar in chaotic times. Would definitely stay again!
