Positive: The hotel was in a good location and sits on the water. Negative: All the lamps didn't work and there were small hair follicles on the sink.

We Live locally; best staycation ever . It’s the perfect location; the rooms are always spotless and the decor is very relaxing. We come for a weekend multiple times a year or just random weekday. Always great service, room upgrades are fantastic. We love the breakfast buffet and Jane makes sure to make us feel like family every time.

Amise at the Front Desk overnight shift is absolutely amazing. She goes above and beyond to exceed her guests expectations and meet their needs. I was trying to book a King Suite with a connecting room on the website, but the website kept glitching and starting over. I called in and explained the issues and frustrations, she immediately went into action and took care of it all for me. As you may know, in today's world... its very difficult to get anyone that is on site/property to assist with reservations. The off-site corporate reservations numbers, usually is what you get, however they do not know the property intricacies, special rooms, or repeat guest needs. Our room was spacious and very clean. the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The noise level wasn't great. There may have been a wedding or something going on as we heard music and yelling throughout the night on two of our nights there. It wasn't terrible, just disrupting. We found the location of this hotel great for what we were doing. We flew in and it was close to airport, short drive to clearwater and St. Pete's and the Raymond James stadium. Overall, great stay and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Tampa. From the moment we arrived, the experience was welcoming and smooth. The property is beautiful. A special thank you to the valet team, especially Kyler and Jacob who went above and beyond. They were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.
