Keylime Bay Rv Resort

Amber and Joe are always so welcoming and friendly! Just completed our third year of monthly stays and had a fantastic time. The bands, clubhouse gatherings, pizza truck, and excellent heated pool make our stay so fun. Extended our stay for next year to several months. We love that this is a small RV resort so getting to know the others is a huge bonus. Thank you to Amber, Joe, Faith, and Ricardo!

My wife and I stayed here the last week of January, 2026. The weather was cold, which is not at all reflected in our review, but it meant a lot of time inside the RV due to weather. There is no cable TV option but the resort offers free wi-fi which they claim supports streaming online. It does....sometimes. Other times, not only did online streaming fail, but often times just surfing the Internet on our computers was painfully slow. This is a fixable problem and given their nightly rates -- should be addressed. The location of the park is great. It has good access to all of Tampa and the surrounding communities of St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs. The park is well kept and the sites are clean with adequate space. We absolutely love this RV park. It is beautifully manicured and maintained, with very nice amenities. Great location – near so many great places to eat and Publix is only a couple blocks away. All the staff are extremely nice; we felt like one of the family here. We originally booked for 3 months, but extended because we love it here so much. I very much appreciate the attention to details – brick paved parking spots, new laundry and large CLEAN showers, a gym/workout room, fenced-in dog park, and then there's the beautiful pool and jacuzzi that are open year around. Friday night fire pit chats are a nice way to meet people. Very nice roomy sites with privacy landscaping between each site. Felt safe and enjoyed their fun extra activities. Heated pool and work out facility was great. Wonderful friendly staff. Already reserved for next year. Looking forward to being there again!

We had the best time! Absolutely fabulous! We love Joe and Amber! We spent Thanksgiving with Joe, Amber and the guests - people we had just met became family. The view from our rv was just amazing! The facility was clean and amazing - the laundry, the bathrooms, the showers, etc. In the mornings we sat outside and watched Ospreys dive into the water and catch fish. We extended our stay 5 times! We just couldn’t leave - it was so amazing!
