WoodSpring Suites Smyrna-La Vergne

I must say this is a very pleasant experience just one hiccup with my service animals that are not allowed because they bark too loud when I’m not in the room and they hear strange noise so I was asked to leave because of that. However, the staff is so friendly and helpful. The facilities are very clean and secure. I would have stayed the whole six months that I needed to if it wasn’t for the hiccup if you’re looking for clean well stop professionalism convenient to everything place to stay. I would highly recommend WoodSpring suites in Smyrna Laverne.

My bed was dirty, sell at humid, we found live roaches in badroom. Receptionist was very rude. They hate other races, specially mexican. No thank, I will never go again.

I booked a reservation for this hotel during the power outages in Nashville. The front desk staff was so incredibly kind and helpful after my power came back on. Thank you so much for your kindness during a stressful time!

The rooms were immaculate but the guest services leave for the night leaving nobody there to help with anything as I checked in at 8pm and didn't have a washcloth and nobody was to be found until it dawned on me that they didn't have staff 24-7. Other than this it's great

DONT BOOK HERE. i would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My sister stayed here recently, and not only did she have to deal with roaches in the rooms, but when she brought it to the staff attention ( the white lady with the black hair at the front desk ) instead of offering a solution or any kind of customer service, they kicked her out. it’s completely unacceptable to treat any guests this way, especially when the issue was with the hotel cleanliness and not something she caused. To make matters worse someone walked in her room without permission during her stay. This made her feel unsafe and uncomfortable! Terrible customer service, filthy conditions, and zero respect for guests privacy.. If you care about your health,safety,and basic respect. save your money and STAY SOMEWHERE that
