This hotel is one of the most poorly managed extended stay properties I’ve experienced. I travel a lot so I have experience. From pricing transparency to daily operations, the lack of professionalism is obvious Room rates are not clearly explained in terms of the longer you stay the cheaper it gets. What is communicated and promoted upfront does not always match what guests actually experience. That alone raises concerns Housekeeping is inconsistent and unreliable. I was looking for my black and green tarp with matching black and green straps that I had stored in my room for the winter storm. I clearly remember bringing it into my room. I checked my truck and it wasn’t there, then spent over an hour searching my room, and it’s completely gone. Based on this, I believe the tarp was taken from my room. Rooms are supposed to remain locked unless housekeeping is inside or leaves it open.

We stayed here for a bowling tournament because it was the closest one to Smyrna Bowling Center. The check-in was very smooth and easy. Karen told us everything we needed to know about our stay. The room was very clean. We loved having a full-size refrigerator in the room. I wish there had been a vent in the bathroom, you could see the vent in the ceiling but it wouldn’t come on so it got steamy when taking a shower. The bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was take and go so things like yogurt and muffins. Check-out was a breeze also. We will definitely stay here again.

The location is great, and the staff were always very polite. However, like the other reviews mention the AC changes randomly and the rooms are very sparse. You have to ask for kitchen essentials, and there's no tables in the rooms despite there being plenty of room for one. No outside seating was another issue we encountered. Our room was very clean and the building is very new. The elevators and hallways don't look like they are cleaned regularly.
