We checked into the hotel on Thursday July 31st and out on August 3rd, 2025. Everything was relatively ok until Sunday. We got a knock on our door at 10:30 reminding us checkout was at 11. We told them I had paid ahead of time for late checkout (2:00 pm) and they left. Then the girl at the front desk knocked at 11:30 and told us we needed to check out. I told her I paid for late checkout and she said they don't do that. I asked if she wanted to see my reservation and she said they don't do that and said we had until noon. Another knock 10 mins later saying we needed to check out. Then that front desk girl calls me and says there was a misunderstanding... she had emailed her manager and they said yes I had a late check out and I was good until 2:00. She apparently still never looked at

Positive: The items available for the room. Negative: Dirty dishes and dirt on the floor.

Had a decent experience as it travel for work. Stayed for around a month. If yall ever need anything done right go to short black girls they typically work nights or overnights they was amazing. Any time I needed a last minute extension they was amazing at accommodating. ANYONE else was always as issue or gave me an excuse of "we dont have ur room" available but we can switch you. I ended up switching rooms about 6 times in my whole stay. Mind you I have a whole car worth of stuff in my room. Also they know I work overnights and I needed a late check on my last day. And they couldn't accommodate while i was getting my stuff out the room.(same person I don't like going to because he never helped.) But any other day they needed me to change rooms they didn't have a problem at 3 or 4pm🤔🤔

We were without electricity at home due to the ice storm. The ladies at checkin were very sweet and polite. 2 gentlemen came around offering complimentary hot chocolate and snacks for the kiddos and I thought that was AWESOME! My 4 year old is a runner so we did not eat breakfast or tour the hotel. The only negative was the placement of the security latch on the door in the room. My son has issues eloping and he could easily reach the latch. I just made sure to jump up quickly anytime he went towards the door. We stayed on the Tru side of this dual property.

Rooms and atmosphere are great. We had an issue checking in(not the fault of the hotel) but the young lady named Tiffany at the front desk got the issue taken care of in a very courteous and professional manner.I would highly recommend staying at this hotel
