Candlewood Suites Smyrna - Nashville by IHG

Easy access for where my business was for this trip. Very convenient for access around town. Nice to have the kitchenette with induction cook too, sink and microwave as well as full size refrigerator and plenty of work space in the room. The bed was comfortable and relaxing reclining chair too. There is on-site laundry and fitness center, pool and BBQ area with outside tables included and easily accessible.

We love staying at this Candlewood . We have stayed at them all over middle Tennessee but the staff here is so sweet, delightful , and always smiling ready to help you with all you needs . kacey at the front desk on night shift is such a sweet soul and a hard worker, she is always doing some kind of work but ready to make sure I have everything bi need.. Candlewoos is lucky to have Kacey on staff. Great hotel Great staff

Positive: Kitchen area equipped with hot plate stove top. Negative: Looks like it needs some updating like holes in the wall fixed, new paint to freshen up the room and cover the "dings" in the walls.

My experience at this location has always been top notch. The Front Desk staff are as attentive, kind, and helpful as many 5 star resorts I've been to. The rooms are always clean and fresh-smelling. The hotel is pet friendly and that is a HUGE bonus. The pantry is stocked, the coffee is very good, and the location is great. Overall, I would choose this property over many higher "rated" hotels around. Trust me, it's worth it.

This was our second visit to a Candlewood. After staying in a poorly maintained Candlewood near Orlando, Florida, we spent much of the drive north wondering what we would find at the Nashville location. One perk - the pet fees were waived thanks to IHG membership. We were incredibly pleased with the hotel, the service and its cleanliness. It was our final night staying in a hotel after a 7 day trip, and it was a great relief. We'll be back!
