WoodSpring Suites Miramar

I absolutely loved my stay at your property! The rooms, general areas, and parking lot were clean and well kept which is to be commended. I work in the hospitality field and when I find places like Woodspring Suites, Miramar they become gems to me. Your staff is AWESOME!!! Especially Akeba and Johnathan. From my check in to any questions I had they all had a smile and were able to assist. Please tell them to keep up the good work :-) I will definitely visit again. Thanks for a great stay!

Hmm well the staff was great and the rooms were clean, so why the 2 star rating you ask? That is because while I was there the elevator broke down twice and then there are people that live there, not all of them are bad just that small % of about less than 5% makes the place drop in stars be it the homeless guy that lays on the front, back or sides of the building or a couple of people that have their bare feet up on the couch in the lounge area. Maybe I might expect more but letting you know.

Positive: The staff was amazing and helpful. Led by the Property Manager and everyone I met with during my stay gets 5 stars. ????? Negative: The elevator didn't work, carrying luggage and groceries up the stairs was not ideal.

I’m in town for the weekend visiting my grandmother while she’s in the ICU and needed an affordable hotel for the night. While this was not the cheapest hotel in the area, the price was reasonable. Everything else? Well, for one, the elevator was down and my room was on the second floor. Not a big deal, but when combined with the other issues, it is. Next, the entire hotel smelled bad in the hallways. Like rotting trash. I ended up buying an air freshener for my room because it was that off putting. After spending all day at the hospital I wanted nothing more than a hot shower to feel clean. This was my real issue. The water didn’t get hot. At all. Barely luke warm. On top of that, there was very little water flow from the shower head, and adjustments to the flow setting didn’t help. I
