Belvedere Inn

Disappointed by the Customer Service I would not recommend staying at this hotel. My experience with the staff, particularly Jessica, was extremely disappointing. She was rude, unprofessional, and spoke to customers in a disrespectful manner — as if we had no other choice but to stay there. It made the entire experience uncomfortable. Ms. Ray, another staff member, was constantly on the phone and seemed more focused on personal conversations than assisting guests. The overall customer service was lacking, and I did not feel valued or welcomed during my stay. There are plenty of other hotels that treat their guests with respect and professionalism — I suggest looking elsewhere.

This is a small facility, with about a dozen rooms all on the ground floor that open directly to the outdoors. No pool and no breakfast. There are a working refrigerator and microwave, however. The staff was wonderfully friendly and supportive throughout. The bedroom and the bathroom were delightfully clean. Next to the bed was an electrical device that had outlets and USB charging ports; I need a CPAP device and an oxygen concentrator at night and was happy to see the outlets.||||Parking a small car is easy. Parking a large vehicle may be difficult. If you have a utility van or an SUV, call ahead and ask about details before making a reservation. What a pleasant surprise. We found this hotel last minute. Compared to the other hotels in the Miami area is it was significantly cheaper To be honest, I didn't expect much. I just needed somewhere to shower and crash. Normally, I stay at a Hilton or Marriott, but they were all booked. The Hotel is extremely clean And the room is very Cute, small but very comfortable and extremely clean. Honestly for the price, I don't think you can beat this place most of the other places in the same price range are roach motels, which I can assure you This is not.
