Hilton Garden Inn Ft. Lauderdale SW/Miramar

Great hotel for price and the location was nice. However, upon arrival we had to switch rooms due to the AC unit not functioning. The second room, had no blower or window in the bathroom, and the water pressure from the sink was very low. The couch stained and torn. Also, there was no pillow protection on the pillows after the pillow cases. Towels were a little rough and we changed them frequently because of that. We also had one roll of TP in our room for our 7 day stay and it was also a little on the rough side. The location itself is calm and quiet and the hotel staff was nice and made sure they accommodated the errors. Fatima was absolutely wonderful during our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. She took such great care of us at breakfast every morning…always kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Her positive energy and excellent service truly made our mornings better. She’s a real asset to the hotel. Thank you, Fatima!

The hotel is very nice and in a great location. The employees were very welcoming. I was in a suite so bed was very comfortable. I loved how spacious the bathroom was and the barn style door. I was able to pay separately for breakfast and it was buffet style. My only concern was people allowing their dogs to lick off the table where the coffee station. It had nothing to do with hilton. Still recommend and will book again

Positive: Staff was very nice, hotel employee at the restaurant was great! Good value for the room price and was close to where we were going for the weekend.-Century Village. Negative: Hotel seemed a little dated and needs freshening up. Carpets were worn and soiled in spots and the room just felt like it needed to be gone through. Food quality was just okay. Had better at other Hilton Garden Inn's.

Location-wise, the hotel is in a quiet, safe area with easy access to main roads, restaurants, and shops. It works well for both business travel and short leisure stays. Overall, the Hilton Garden Inn Miramar offers consistent quality, great service, and good value. I’d happily stay again.
