If I could give this hotel a 0 star rating I would. 1. Beds are BROKEN, legs LITERALLY FALLING OFF THE BOTTOM. 2. Front desk staff is less than helpful & the attitude given to us was absolutely uncalled for. 3. TV does not work, and when we brought it to the attention of staff they did the bare minimum if that assist us. 4. NON SMOKING HALLWAY, smells like cigarettes AND weed. 5. No comforter on the bed… just 2 thin sheets and throw blanket. 6. Our room phone doesn’t work which wouldn’t be an issue if everything else wasn’t broke and we needed to get in contact with the desk. Overall terrible experience, save your money go elsewhere.

This place is a good location. The room was clean and well appointed as far as the kitchen. Items I was not happy about are when I checked at the office for any kitchen utensils I was told they didn't have any at the time. The walls and floors have very poor soundproofing. Lots of floor noise from the room above was annoying. I understand that for the prices which I think are good, that room service, bed changes, etc., were not included. I am fine with that, prefer to take care of myself. However, I was very surprised that when I checked out they gave me an additional charge of $10.57 for linens. I told the clerk I did ask for any additional linens and used only the ones in the room when I got there. I was told there is a charge for those. I have never paid that in the past at this locatio

I was very unhappy w my encounter w a female who introduced herself as the MANAGER after speaking w the shorter desk agent named Jasmine I learned she was AGM. I had questions about my payment from a previous stay that she could not explain. My room floors were sticky, and it smelled like a cat I tried to let her know this as well, but she was too busy on her cell phone instead of finishing w my issue. I think ownership needs to address the declining issues at this location.

Genuinely the worst experience! Stayed there 1 night and chose to leave and book another hotel in the area. The front desk staff were nothing but rude and not helpful. Rooms were dirty and we had problems with our appliances that didn’t work and got nothing but attitude and horrible customer service. Place smells like weed and cigarettes. Gross and horribly run establishment.
