I highly recommend staying here. The kitchen area is spacious and well-equipped, featuring a full-size refrigerator. The rooms have recently been updated with fresh paint, new flooring, blinds, and cooktops, which makes the space feel clean and modern. The staff is very kind and attentive—special thanks to Bryan for his friendly and accommodating customer service.

We had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the environment felt unclean and unwelcoming. The room itself was dirty, the beds were not properly cleaned, and there was hair everywhere, including pet hair and human hair.||What made matters worse was the overwhelming smell of smoke throughout the property. Despite a sign clearly stating “No Smoking Within 25 Feet,” several people were smoking directly at the entrance, making it impossible to avoid. This was especially concerning because we were traveling with a young girl who requires oxygen.||We seriously considered not staying at all due to the conditions, and regret that we did. This was a horrible experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location—super close to Walmart Supercenter and easy access to everything I needed. I really appreciated the ability to receive mail during my stay. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout. For a temporary stay, it honestly felt like home. Would recommend.

The bed was not comfortable, I wish a coffee pot was provided, and there were dogs barking and loud noises from others almost constantly. The washers and dryers are filthy - I had several work uniforms get stained after putting them in there. Not to mention how expensive it is to wash and dry! I also wish there was a comfortable chair to sit in. The only chairs in the room are two table chairs. Tina at the front desk had great customer service. I just wish the place had been more comfortable, considering I was there for an extended period of time. [Review collected by TrustYou]

I’m gonna start off by saying I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels over the last 52 years of my life and this place is probably one of the worst, felt like there was bedbugs. There was no way to get comfortable inside of this bed plus the room above and all around constant noise Way past normal sleeping time. People slamming doors sound like they were training for a marathon upstairs buzzer is going off at random times who knows where those were coming from when I spoke with Evan about trying to solve the situation. He just hung up on me. I will be disputing the charge as they said that there was no refunds and then he slammed the phone down!!!
