Last minute find for a wedding weekend and I couldn’t have been happier! The room was clean and easy to access. Any communication was timely and polite. I could definitely see this as a hidden gem for football season because it’s so close to campus/the stadium and has a nice little courtyard to hang out in. I would stay again!

This is definitely a “don’t judge a book by its cover” place. When we first pulled into the parking lot I was a little nervous I’d been scammed; certainly this wasn’t the place with the cute rooms I viewed online. However, Upon entering the gate to the courtyard any hesitation I had went away. The courtyard is quaint and clean, and we took the stairs up to our second floor room. The room was just as advertised-nicely updated, very clean and comfortable. It was a beautiful day in Lincoln so we were able to sit and enjoy the sunshine in the courtyard while making plans to meet up with family later that evening. The bed was a little firm for me, but everything was clean and looks great! Love the courtyard to hang out with family and friends. Close to downtown!

The Herbie is spacious, clean, and close to the NU campus. Stayed here Saturday evening so we could be close to Memorial Stadium for the Nebraska Football Road Race on Sunday. Worked out well. We raced, came back to eat Hurts Donuts, shower, and check out before 11 am. Thanks for this great location!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. We arrived at this motel-turned-Airbnb and couldn’t even access our room at first, we had to call the host, who manually unlocked it from a computer. When we finally got inside, the room was absolutely disgusting: the bed was unmade, there was urine in the toilet, and used towels were piled on the bathroom floor. I contacted the host, who moved us to another room… only to find that it was already occupied. Lights were on, fans were running, clothes and bags were everywhere , it was obvious someone else was staying there. He then moved us to ANOTHER ROOM- third times a charm right?! WRONG! Same thing, definitely occupied. I can’t imagine what would’ve happened if we would’ve walked in in and actu
