Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Lincoln Southeast

Spent 2 nights over the weekend yet the crowd was manageable. The lady at the frontdesk was polite but it took a while for her to check us in. Apparently, our key cards were ready so she just needed to hand them over to us. The hotel was basic and had everything we needed for that short stay. I was just surprised that the room wasn’t set up for 4 when my booking clearly stated it. Also surprised that we had to get the 2 missing towels from the frontdesk instead of the staff bringing them to our rooms. Overall, we had a great stay - the staff were polite and approachable, the breakfast was good enough to fill you for the day, and the pool was heated and very relaxing! And most importantly, our stuff and our car was safe (was a big concern with hotels in US!).

We’ve stayed here many times, convince is nice. But we stayed for 3 nights and never had any room service. On stay had fleas in the bathroom. Really disappointed in it for a Fairfield.

Positive: It was comfortable and we got to check in earlier Negative: The toilet wouldn't flush, and the plug in for the coffee maker was not connected to the wall so we couldn't use it. We had to call maintenance.

Clean rooms, decent shower. Polite and prompt desk person, as well as professional. the room was clean, organized. The bed was comfortable. A variety of places to get a quick bite surrounded the area, within a close proximity. A nice place to rest your head, and relax before again starting a new day.

Very nice hotel that is comfortable, clean, and in a convenient location. The staff are friendly and their breakfast had a good selection. I highly recommend this hotel.
