Residence Inn by Marriott Lincoln Downtown

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Rooms were immaculate. Plenty of room for a toddler to run around. Sitting area with sofa and desk made the room feel huge. Tall ceilings. Kitchenette area was fantastic with a large fridge, dishwasher, sink and plenty of dishes and utensils. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Shower was so nice. No bathtub for a child in our room but the shower is very large and there was plenty of room for a makeshift bath with a child sitting down. Complimentary breakfast has a lot to choose from and was very good. Couldn’t locate a high chair although I did not ask for one. Lobby area spacious. Water bottle refill is always great to have. Front desk and housekeeping very nice. Walking distance to pinnacle arena. Restaurants close by as well. Bo

The room was great, so much bigger than expected! The staff was extremely kind, helpful, and welcoming. This is in the perfect location in downtown Lincoln with so much to do. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best free hotel breakfasts I have had! The rates here were also significantly better than surrounding hotels, for even better rooms and services. Highly recommend.

Who in their right mind only puts the Hotel name 6 stories up?!? I drove around the block three times before realizing the Residence Inn is separate from the Courtyard, whom by the way have their name prominently displayed at eye level as your driving past. Ok, I’m done venting about the lack of name at front door, beautiful hotel, friendly staff, great selection at breakfast, Awesome location! 👍🏻

Excellent, new hotel all around! Everything clean, sharp, quiet, comfortable and accommodating. Very close to bars, restaurants and stadium. Rooms are large and much more an equipped studio apartment than your standard hotel room. Fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, disposal, kitchen gear. Completely satisfied. Quick tip: metered parking in front of the hotel is free on Sundays but charges begin 8am CT on Monday...but you can pay ahead.

Squeaky clean new hotel. Staff was excellent. Couldn’t hear construction noise across street- choose your room accordingly. Complaint: the lights from the microwave and room temperature control were far too bright. Had to cover them. And the flash of light every 12 seconds from the smoke detector was also annoying. Will likely stay here again
