Embassy Suites by Hilton Lincoln

First time staying here for a conference. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and made you feel welcome! We hung out in the bar one evening and the bar staff were super personable and fun to be around! Loved the omelet bar that was included in breakfast. Great place!

Positive: The staff, especially the manager was very accommodating. The room was amazing and the great made to order omelette, restaurant quality breakfast with all the fixings. Also very clean Hotel+room. We book it every time in Lincoln. Negative: I have only left a few reviews in my life, and usually when something is pretty bad. This was so nice I took the time to leave a great review

I stayed here while on a business trip. I was completely happy with the room, service and breakfast. The only downside, is the bar has last call at 9:30pm. It is an open atrium style hotel, so I understand why the bar doesn’t stay open late. I would recommend this to anyone staying in Lincoln.

This was a nightmare experience! I have never been in a hotel by Hilton that the experience was this bad! It started off with NO parking! We are handicapped and have a permanent plate. We were told we could pay TWENTY TWO dollars EXTRA for valet parking or THIRTEEN dollars extra in the parking garage.....or we could park in the "designated" handicapped parking which was down the street on the corner! My husband, who is 70, had to park and walk all the way back! Then we get up to our rooms and the toilet was BROKEN! It wouldn't flush unless you removed the back and pulled up on the thing inside. I called front desk and they said they would send someone up the next day........we were only there for one night! I had to leave the tank cover off and flush it like that everytime! Then th

So long story short, they had canceled my rooms without my consent and then I got a notification that could be charged late cancellation fees at which point I called and spoke to the manager and told her about what happened and Cindy was very apologetic and she helped me out immensely so I felt it was only fair to update this from one star to at least a three star and we will see what happens after I do stay at the hotel on Saturday. That’s when I will completely update my review
