Do NOT stay here if you have any type of respiratory illness! The cigarette stench was so thick I could barely breathe. I booked for two nights, but checked out as soon as I could find something else. No compensation for the second night, after trying to contact management several times. Please avoid this place like the plague. I wish I could give zero stars.

Disgusting stay. The beds were mediocre at best, pillows were so thin. The shower still had used soap in the corner of the tub and hairs all over the wall. It smelled stale in the room itself and like cigarette smoke in the hallways, weed smell in the elevator. Which is hilarious that they make you sign a waiver when checking in that they can charge you a $250 non refundable fee for smoking when clearly they don’t care about that. They also state you have to take out your own trash 🤣🤣🤣 i overpaid for this stay mainly because of all of the stuff going on in lex this weekend and there was nothing else available but i would never ever stay here again.

If I could put zero stars for service I WOULD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never answer the phone the housekeeper NEVER comes to do her job .. what she's getting paid for ...even when the housekeeper doesn't come she doesn't even knock to see if anything need to be cleaned or if anything is needed. When they finally do answer the phone for service they say the housekeeper has left for the day and it only be /12 afternoon. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAY AT ALL THE SERVICE IS CRAAAAAAPPPPPPP

Positive: It wasn't dirty! Negative: The smell of in the room was bad and I did not stay. I left the hotel after going into the room. And the desk clerk was rude to everyone. It was more like a halfway house than a hotel, not a 2 rating. I did not fill safe!

Pictures are all Art renderings from the build. The beds are as cheap as they come. They rob guests by making you purchase cookware and even a coffee pot. Internet doesn't work. Its a slum property. Will only clean the room every 2 weeks, charge for linens extra unless you catch it and tell them you will wash your own. Vending machines charge almost 500% more than you would in a store. More full time residents than there is business clientele. I'd be ashamed to say if I owned this place.
