Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lexington Dtwn Area-Keeneland by IHG

This hotel amazes me at how perfect things always are there. We have been staying there for over a decade and have stayed there over 20 times in the past two years. The hotel is always spotless clean and the staff always goes out of its way to make you feel like you are part of their family. The breakfast is always good. It is no wonder why the hotel has a display case full of awards! Every hotel can learn a less about hospitality from this place. It really is our home away from home when in the Lexington area.

Excellent nights rest and courtesy. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed with a smile. After having a horrible experience earlier in the night it was much appreciated. Bed was extremely comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was very good. I'll stay here next year for our annual ball game. Thank you.

Positive: front desk was very helpful and kind. Beds, pillows, cleanliness, pool (all to myself) very nice! Negative: Having to return downstairs on the first night after checking in, going to our room and finding 1 (ONE) batht towel for 2 adults, 2 nights. Zero hand towels, zero washcloths. Hotel employee made it right & her apologies were sweet & sincere though not her fault.

We've been traveling around KY and TN for the last couple of weeks and, from tens of inns and hotels, this was our best stay. The building is pretty and new, rooms are big and the beds are really comfy. Staff from every shift were very helpful and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough!

This was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Everything is clean and well taken care of. The service was great. We'll definitely be going back here.
