21c Museum Hotel Lexington

Overall I had a great stay. My room was upgraded to a corner, which was great. Right after check in I left the room and when I tried to go back the key reader was not working, ended up needing reprogrammed which took a while to get someone there thay could do it. I was locked out of my room for an hour with none of my stuff. The girl was very sweet about it, I knew it is not anyone's fault, and they did comp my valet charge the next day as well. The breakfast banana nut toast was PHENOMENAL! Would totally go back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely. We had a well appointed room and a beautiful view. It was such a cool building. Everything was clean and easy to find and it was quiet. The bed was comfy and we had plenty of space. Good location for downtown with lots of great coffee shops nearby. Definitely needed to call ahead for valet service. We would happily stay here again.

Very friendly staff, both front desk and valet. Love the grandiose feel of the building. It was welcoming and warm. The room itself was beautifully decorated and had all the nice touches such as heated floors and modern shower and amenities. The room was clean enough for a germaphobe to feel comfortable.

Yep…I admit that I am a person that carries Clorox wipes and wipes down every hotel room we stay in before I open our suitcase.|SURPRISE! No Clorox wipes needed at the 21C Hotel|We walked into our room on the 8th floor and our room was nothing short of impeccable!! Crisp linens, 4 types of pillows to choose from, perfectly arranged amenities and not a speck of dust in sight, making it feel as though the space had been prepared exclusively for us. The housekeeping staff needs a shout out!! |Our doggie bed had a pressed white linen sheet covering the foam bed. There was also a new set of dog dishes set next to the bed…what a beautiful touch.|I need to mention the fantastic staff.that made it an elevated experience. |Micaela N. and Anna M were genuinely warm, attentive and highly professional

I love the 21C brand and this was my first stay at their Lexington location. Loved everything about this hotel. Location is prime - walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. Valet was attentive and fast- I never had to go hunt them down as I do with some hotels. Staff was very friendly and took the time to explain the brand and their current exhibit. I appreciated the fact the bar and restaurant, Lockbox, was more than a typical hotel restaurant. I’d eat there even if I wasn’t staying there. Food was inventive and quality was great. The bartender went above and beyond to track down a pot of herbal tea for me. The rooms are spacious and well thought out with complimentary tea and nespresso. They even put chocolates by your bed… Who does that! They clearly care about thei
