Tru by Hilton Lexington Hamburg

Stopped at this property on a recent road trip to Florida. We booked last minute on the Hilton App and noted a late arrival (about midnight). We arrived to find a pleasant front desk clerk who quickly checked us in and sent us to the room. The room was clean and inviting. The walk-in shower had nice pressure and hot water with liquid body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. There is liquid hand soap and lotion at the sink. The room was very quiet. If you like to sleep in, be sure to put out your do not disturb sign to save a 9 am knock from housekeeping :)

The very best staff in a hotel setting that I have had in a long time thoroughly enjoyed my trip and the people that work there made it that much better very warm and welcoming

Immediately greeted with very friendly staff upon arrival! Room clean. Breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. All staff was above and beyond in their customer service skills. The whole facility was clean. If the staff were not busy, they were cleaning. Also very modern vibe. Pretty vibrant colors. Pool table. Just a fun vibe all around. Would stay again.

Enjoyed our stay. The room was very nice and clean. Plenty of parking and free breakfast. Located in a good location near a ton of stuff. The entrance was a bit tricky to find but everything else was great.

One of the best experiences at a hotel I’ve had in a long time. The check in process was quick and easy and the front desk woman was kind. The hotel room was very clean and well stocked. We slept so comfortably after our 10 hour drive. The breakfast was great for a quick bite and I loved the pancake maker. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
