If you’re staying at this hotel and see Ginger behind the bar, cancel your plans. Whatever you thought you were doing tonight is now irrelevant. Ginger isn’t just a bartender—she’s the unofficial therapist, tour guide, hype squad, and drink-making wizard of the entire building. I came down for “one quiet nightcap” and somehow left with a perfectly mixed cocktail, three new friends, and a deep emotional bond with a bowl of bar lemons and limes. I watched her handle a businessman, a bachelorette, and a very confused man all at the same time. Not one wrong drink. Not one spilled drop. I’m pretty sure she runs on espresso, sarcasm, and pure hospitality magic. (Might even be god sent) At one point she slid a drink across the bar so smoothly I checked to see if the counter was slightly downhill.

Positive: It’s hard to pick just one good thing when everything about the hotel is phenomenal! The staff was super nice, the room was gorgeous, the location of having so many shops and restaurants within walking distance, everything made this a perfect stay! Negative: ""

This hotel is absolutely amazing! It’s in an awesome location, located within walking distance of lots of upscale shops and restaurants. The parking is free and just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel is decorated so lovely and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. You feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. Emily, the front desk manager, was fabulous! I felt like I was talking to an old friend. We try to stay here each time we visit our daughter at UK. This time, we stayed in the Christmas suite. I mean, how fun is it that they have a Christmas suite?! When we walked in, it was seriously like walking into a Hallmark movie! The decorating was so fun and festive; no detail was left out. I wish I could have stayed there for the month of December! I would 10/10 recommend the

Cleo Roher and Drey Rayford set the standard for what customer service is suppose to be. Cleo made sure everything was ready for my arrival. I added the celebration of love package and it absolutely blew my fiance's mind! Literally everything was perfect. Drey was very informative and polite and was very welcoming and went above and beyond. I will always make this unique and beautiful hotel my go to place from now on. Amazing first time experience! The restaurant next to the hotel 33 Staves, has delightful food as well. Huge comfy beds, beautiful updated flat screens, amazing views on the 5th floor. This hotel has everything I need and more! Thank you so much!!!

My wife and I loved our stay here for our anniversary! The hotel, staff, accommodations, and location are outstanding. The food and drink selections in the hotel were excellent. There are also many restaurants, shops, and a Whole Foods in walking distance. The area is near 2 busy streets, but you would never know based on how they secluded the area making it a nice retreat. We enjoyed some horse track and ranch tours, along with the fantastic Kentucky Bourbon! I highly recommend checking in and enjoying the experience for yourself. We were not disappointed and had a wonderful stay!!!
