WoodSpring Suites Las Colinas - Northwest Dallas

The rooms are nice and the bed is decent but they charge a linen service fee they do not disclose upon check-in. They locked me out of my room more than once because I didn't pay this fee since I do not use their sheets or towels. Most of the guests live here. They do not curb their dogs and they smoke right outside the doors/windows so the premises are littered with feces and butts. The halls always reek of marijuana. They did not remove the ice from the parking lot after the Jan 2026 ice storm. The person in the room next to me knocks on the wall when I snore and I was threatened by one guest just for standing in my doorway while I waited for housekeeping. We are greatly disappointed and ashamed of both the owner of this property and the City of Las Colinas. ||It is hard to imagine that what is suppose to be a business and in this convenient and prime location (listed as Las Colinas, Tx) is being conducted in this manner. |I had always had the impression that Las Colinas was a clean and safe city. I’m shocked that the city, the chamber of commerce, and the code compliance department is allowing this type of place in their city.|An establishment with an owner and other representatives that clearly have no standards for operating a business and lacks customer service on most (if not all) levels.||-Where is the integrity, pride, ethics, and just basic business sense?|-How does this business past City Inspections? I really enjoyed my stay at WoodSpring Suites! It was easy to find (right off the highway), and the staff was extremely kind. I was staying for an extended period of time, so I was given a room on the top floor which I thought was really nice. The room itself was very clean and I enjoyed most of the amenities of the room. My only disappointment was the lack of kitchen supplies. I was told the reason that the kitchen didn't come with pots, pans, utensils, plates, etc, was due to people complaining that they didn't want to use used kitchenware. I only suggest that the chain or this location considers having supplies on stock and available for those who would want it. Not even for 4.99 a night. I went on a tour and I am so glad I didn't book online. This place is downhill and looks like an option for free only!. The elevator has dog hair allon the carpet and it's nasty. The people have a very much East Dallas feel. 3rd Floor has a sewer smell and the young lady at the desk attire was dirty with bleach stains. Southside California came out a Marijuana smoked out room. The Lobby is basically a storage. This has to be the nastiest place I've ever seen in the hotel business. Man this is the best extended stay hotel I've been in. The 2 front office girls are so beautiful and are a delight to see every morning. The rooms are well kept up to date. The staff is caring and catering to guest needs!!!! I will refer everyone to come stay here.
