Homewood Suites by Hilton Irving-DFW Airport

Positive: The layout of the room. It was nice to have a full kitchen and living room area away from the bedroom. Negative: The pool was not heated and it was closed on our last day :/

My family and I had to travel for work Friday Oct. 10- Oct 13 2025. I am a first time Mom with an infant so I was very nervous on finding a safe, clean and comfortable place for our family. I am so glad we choose to stay here. The service, cleanliness and staff are amazing. The breakfast is great as well. We left loving everything about our stay here and it was perfect for our 10 month old son. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. You guys are doing a wonderful job.

The room was typical, comfortable Homewood Suites room down winding hallways. We took the shuttle to DFW very early in the morning. Though apples and oranges were available to grab, a cup of coffee would have been greatly appreciated. Why do they not have 24-hour hot drinks available? Alas, we did not get our scheduled wake-up call!

My only complaint will be the shuttle to and from the airport. The shuttles are old and small, when you pack 8 people with bags you are tight like sardines, also they can take their time. I took 52 min to get picked up from the airport from the time I called. Anyway, it could have been that day, so take it for what it is. The hotel is good, the service was good, and it's a good distance from the Airport.

Hotel room itself was fine. Myself and other guests were given multiple room keys that did not open our rooms. Very annoying having to walk back down to the front desk, especially when the only working elevator is on the other side of the building. ||Biggest reason for the bad review though is the awful third party van service. The van was difficult to coordinate and was absolutely disgusting both ways. I will not be returning to this hotel unless they figure out a better solution for an airport shuttle. The van goes to multiple hotels, and as such was overflowing with people and bags both times I rode it. Additionally, myself and others waited an average of one hour on the airport curb to be picked up.
