Tru by Hilton Irving DFW South

This is my favorite hotel in DFW. Under the leadership of Alex the entire team is amazing. From the front desk guest service Mackenzie, house keeping, the shuttle drivers the entire team is AMAZING. I literally feel like I am inside the church but at this hotel. The gym is by far the best gym I have seen. All the staff are so friendly and they really go above and beyond for the guest. From the specialized text messages, to there dedication of fixing any issue one may have, the accountability, the atmosphere, I mean everything is just five star service. My son and I love it here and we look forward to many more stays at this hotel.

Great place to stay and wonderful service! Angelina helped my group out in a bind when we left Embassy Suites across the street. She advised that the other hotel had numerous issues and at 3am she solidified over 30 rooms for our group. 6 Stars to her!

Walked thru front door and tools and equipment all on floor creating a trip hazard. Front desk were not rude but neither were they friendly, while trying to check in for our reservation had nothing but issues, would of been easier just to ask and pay for a night because apparently making a reservation online is useless! For a fairly new hotel outside is pretty unkept, rooms are small trash on floor in hallways granted trash my of been left by guest

Overall this hotel is great! We spent 4 nights there over Thanksgiving. The rooms were a smaller than some hotels we've stayed at before but it was still very nice. The breakfast options were limited and basically the same every morning. Unfortunately there wasnt a biscuits and gravy option, just eggs and a meat variety with bread or bagels to toast, a pancake machine that was struggling, oatmeal, cereal, fruit and yogurt. Again the hotel and all the staff were fantastic so its not a big deal with the breakfast options. My kids very much enjoyed the game area and every time we came or left they stopped at one of the foosball tables for a quick game! There were a couple other board type game options that they enjoyed as well. It was nice to be able to enjoy time at the hotel as a family and
