Great location! New and clean!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at for the price point, like an upscale Residence Inn||Pros: Quiet Comfortable Room with counter for cooking, full size fridge, desk for computer, breakfast bar seating, free parking, impressive free breakfast in lobby with omelet station, cereal, yogurt; shower had decent water pressure though not as good as Westin||Cons: scrambled eggs were too salty, hotel ran out of bath towels once - had to wait a couple hours, and the person delivering the towels was salty

Good: Comfortable rooms, mostly nice staff and housekeeping. Issues: there are 2 chefs who make breakfast. 1 does the order right and wonderful. The other understands what you say because he says it back to you, but then doesn't do it. 1 Example: I asked for scrambled eggs. He said, scrambled eggs, soft? I said, yes. The plate was delivered to me with fried eggs cut up. Therefore, the reason for the rating.

Enjoy the stay short here. Really-really appreciated the acknowledgement of Marriott Platinum level upon arrival. Clean and comfortable room and all the staff was very welcoming and asked if I needed anything else to feel free to ask. Morning breakfast is great with cook to order omelet station and healthy selections. Omelet is delicious...! Also the 12th floor has a wonderful work area/lounge for meetings/conferenced with great views...!

My second time staying at this hotel, and it was better than the first, when they opened a few years ago! Night auditor on night of 12/30/25 into 12/31 (we checked in late around 2 am Morning of 12/31) was SO KIND BUT sadly I forgot her name. Breakfast was great - and the guy cooking omelets was phenomenal and staff all around was great. Amenities as usual in elements are great. And I can’t ever get over how good these beds (and Westins :) are! Def a go to for my family when visiting Dallas!!
