Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas DFW Airport South/Irving

REVIEW: RESIDENCE INN|We stayed here for a stop-over. Unfortunately, we ended up at the wrong Four Points on the North side. We called for the free shuttle from the airport and didn’t realize that we called the wrong Residence Inn. They say 1st impressions are everything. We arrived at the North Side and the front desk could not find us in the system and that’s when we realized the issue. They told us they could not take us to the Residence South side because it was past the miles they could travel. So guess what? We had to take a uber to the South side. Btw, I’m glad we chose the South side. Anyway, in my opinion, that is bad customer service considering they are the same company, the 4 stars. Anyway, we arrived at the South side and they said the North side should’ve taken us. Hopefully,

Best staff I've ever encountered. The breakfast was good. And the ladies that were putting the food out was so nice and helpful. Offered to get me more juice or more food. And put away my plate when I was done. I've never had service this great at a hotel. And the room was so nice and bed was super comfy. Everything about this hotel was great.

Our flight was canceled and all the hotels at the airport was booked. We called Marriott and they told us this was the only one in the area, so we booked it. They had a shuttle to pick us up and the gentleman driving so so helpful. The staff at the hotel were outstanding!!!!! They were always friendly, happy and always willing to do anything for us. Outstanding hospitality

Location and parking and rooms are all fine. Suites have tubs which is great for traveling with toddlers. Room had a couple minor issues which the front desk had fixed within hours. The staff here are awesome! They accommodated many of our requests, communicated well when they couldn't.

Very nice hotel with great rooms, complementary breakfast and great service from everyone! Special shout out to Ruby at the front desk that always has a smile on. Rooms feel more like an apartment than a hotel, which is great because my 2 stays were 5 nights and 12 nights. Would definitely use again in the future.
