Bare bones. Room clean. Beds uncomfortable. Expect no frills, except towels and a bar of soap. Had our dog with, so we made it work. The extra pet cleaning charge is too high for what amenities were provided. Wish all dog owners would clean up after their dogs. Staff super friendly. Sorry, will not stay again.

Booked this hotel because it was extended stay with a kitchenette that had a full size refrigerator and a small stovetop. What the information in the listing fails to disclose is that there are NOT ANY kitchen items provided. No utensils, not a single pot, not even a cup with which to boil water in the microwave. The hotel could not even be bothered to supply paper towels or even a dish cloth. If you want any of those items, and if they are available, the price is $30-$40 EXTRA. I am not adverse to paying a deposit. People steal, but I am adverse to paying extra. When I travel, I do not travel with kitchen basics. I picked this hotel due to price point and the kitchenette. If they had disclosed that accessing actual kitchen items cost extra AND that they don't have them available anyway,

Beds were very uncomfortable and squeaky. No darkening curtains, only blinds, so the rooms were too bright for my liking. Thin walls. The hardwoods didn’t help with noise reduction upstairs. Shower water is lukewarm, at best. Full kitchen. Close to food, shopping, hair supply store. The staff were great on this weekend!

I usually don't post about a hotel experience because most of the time they leave a taste to be desired. However, not this time because it was a truly great experience. Two front desk staff standouts were Harrison and Jasmine from the inviting conversation to making sure the room was clean and tidy. Harrison made sure the parking lot was safe for us to enter and exit safely. I would definitely revisit again.

Update 7 hours later, we decided to leave because the noise from other people in the rooms are so obnoxiously loud. It was truly one of the worst sleeps we had. Harrison at the front was extremely nice and understanding. He did inform us that the room next to us had so many complaints throughout the night and that he's citing a room violation. We and all others who complained are really appreciative but its still so so noisy in this hotel. As I lay here awake in this horrible hotel, late at night I am regretting staying here. Walls are absolutely too thin and you can hear literally everything. Walking, full conversations, kids screaming. It's absolutely insufferable. I do not recommend staying here if you need to get good nights sleep. You might want to think about earplugs or bring your
