Candlewood Suites Huntsville - Research Park by IHG

Overall a quality overnight stay. Fitness room had adequate equipment. Coffee was decent. Rooms were step up differently but didn't detract from experience. They offer electric vehicle charging. Best part of experience was the staff.

My wife’s Aunt in Huntsville recently lost her Husband after 60 years of marriage. We’ve driven from Arkansas twice to be with her and we’ve stayed at this location both times. I don’t have anything negative to say at all. The room was perfect, the location was perfect, and ALL of the staff went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We had the most interaction with Leslie and Dez. They were so friendly and kind and it was quite obvious they both had genuine, beautiful hearts. We’ll be back!

Decent but was in a 2 queen room & one bed did not have a flat sheet. There was no ice bucket in the room. 2nd shift staff person did her job but didn't seem happy about it, never cracked a smile and spoke bare minimum.

Beautiful, brand new hotel - only 5 months old! I loved that you could borrow board games from the front desk! I ranked the rooms 4 stars only because it could have been a little bigger.

I had an excellent stay at Candlewood Suites Huntsville! The location is very convenient, close to everything I needed. The hotel feels new, very clean, and fresh throughout. My room was spotless, with a wonderful modern design and comfortable furniture that made it easy to relax. I especially loved the 24/7 fresh coffee—such a great touch and always available when I needed it. But what truly made my stay outstanding was the staff. From the moment I walked in, Jamila, Laura, and Dez went above and beyond to make me feel completely at home. Their friendliness, professionalism, and genuine care set this hotel apart. Thank you for a fantastic experience—I’ll definitely be coming back!
