Element Huntsville

My favorite hotel ever ! The room was huge, clean and smelled wonderful. The bathroom was incredible and thank god don’t have shower curtains but glass doors as they should. The room service served so fast and food was phenomenal. The view was just beautiful and it was so quiet and peaceful. The staff was above and beyond helpful and so pleasant. Ample parking as well This hotel is truly remarkable and very reasonably priced. I never want to stay anywhere else there’s absolutely nothing I would change

Walking into the hotel and right away you notice it's dirty and not very well taken care of. The staff were friendly and helpful. The elevator was dirty and the floor was sticky. As soon as the doors open to the 7th floor you were got with an overwhelmingly strong mildew/ dirty dish towel smell. Thankfully the room was very clean and modern. This place could be great but obviously all their money and time goes into the Westin next door.

Jay , at the elements Huntsville single handedly made our trip one of the most memorable trips of all time. He went above and beyond to make sure our comfort and transportation needs were met and FAR EXCEEDED any expectations. Thanks coach jay, 915 boys from tipper weekend. You are the MAN!

Upon check in I was told there would be an incidental ($150) charge however they charged it again at check out and as of 1 week later they have not removed it! I've never heard of such a practice in my 63 years. I never charged anyting to my room during my stay so they're obviously holding funds just to pad their own accounts. They also advertise a reception which they never had during my stay. A rep named Aiecha replied with a form letter apology but has not done anything regarding the charges on my card. I will never stay here again for sure.

ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL STAY!! HUGH THANK YOU TO CRYSTAL, LEA and Thank You Savannah for always greeting with your warm and welcoming smile. A stay that unexpectedly turned into a month's stay. I could not have been at a better hotel. There is not enough space to say all I would like to say about my incredible stay from the location to the staff/doormen to the food and the beautiful grounds and amenities. There are some "Standouts" Crystal, you are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! WHAT A GEM!! Thank you for Everything!! Lea, can't Thank You enough for your kindness and consideration! With this kind of service and excellent staff - there's no other place to stay in Huntsville. My husband still talks about the evening tea thru the week :) We look forward to our return.
