The front desk staff is amazing. The manager went above and beyond to work with me on helping me be able to stay. The hotel is very clean and smells good. The rooms are great and with a stovetop, microwave, and full sized fridge, it's very much like having an apartment! Also, the security to get in is great and assures that all guests are safe! If concerns arise, they are promptly attended to! I've stayed at many Hilton properties and I personally enjoyed this experience just as well, if not better!

Not to bad but very noisey being next to the building exit and having people stand outside your window talking.it is now the first of January 2026, been here since Dec 22, 2025 and housekeeping has never been in this room. You hear slamming of the outside door every time someone leaves. Room 102 is not a room you want.

The price was great, the parking availability was great, the staff was fantastic, I thought the guest laundry room was awesome. My overall experience was pretty good. The things I didn’t like were noisy neighbors, which I understand has nothing to do with the hotel itself, the WiFi that wasn’t that reliable and was difficult to access, the bed was a bit small and the television was level with the bed instead of being mounted up a little higher. The management, Kayla, is on top of maintenance, cleanliness, making this property top rate! All staff are friendly and knowledgeable of operations, Mitzie at the check-in window is quick to answer guests questions and is always personable. Thanks to all for making our stay the most positive of experiences!

Great stay and would come back again. Front desk was wonderful. Came and stayed through the winter storm of "26" with time left over and they let me give the rest of my days to another lady which was nice, Dale was great on that. They keep the hotel clean, people worked hard outside on the sidewalks during the storm. Had some problems with the internet in the beginning but Mitzy was wonderful with that and always had a smile to give everyone. Rooms were clean, bed a little bit too firm for me, but over all experience was great. They also kept the hallways clean and mopped on a regular basis. It was freezing outside, and I seen several out there working on the side walks and entrance, and even prepared for the storm with prior with salt.
