Courtyard by Marriott Evansville East

I used to come here a lot. One of my favorite places to stay, until tonight. I was charged an extra $190 that is now pending on my account that should have never been there. But they don't show it on their end so there is nothing they say they can do. Was also told I can't talk to a manager until in the morning. Its Valentines Day and I have reservations that I will now have to cancel thanks to them. I won't return here and will let everyone I know that this has happened so they don't fall victim to this as well. Way to ruin Valentine's Day..

Just wanted to say a big Thank You for our wonderful stay 12/25 - 12/30 at this location!!! The Front desk people, the cafe workers and even the maintenance man ( who I had a nice football chat with) we all super accommodating and friendly which made our stay fantastic!!! My children & I love this hotel. It's super clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff is always pleasant, the pool is clean and nice, and they have a wonderful workout room.

GREAT experience with this hotel, but those who made it special were Asli and her husband(forgive me forgetting his name!) who welcomed us with the best of hospitality, friendly conversation and ALWAYS more than we had paid for, "lagniappe" that we so much appreciated that we booked here again and will in the future! Also of note (Sheldon?) was facilities manager who was outgoing, engaging and like everyone else here, intent on our satisfaction and comfort! I can't say enough good about our experience with Asli & Hubby, or the quality of their food & drink offerings that kept us off the streets once we arrived in Evansville! Great walking, jogging trail around the small lake across the street, too!

Positive: Good location, clean hotel, nicely furnished Negative: The fitted sheet did not fit and was torn to fit the bed so it kept rolling off one corner of the mattress and exposing the mattress pad.
