WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Northlake

Nice hotel and very clean property especially for the location as an extended stay. Rooms are big and allows space to make it your own. All of the staff are very friendly and most seem to be very knowledgeable. Jamile however has went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable from explaining my invoice to reminding guests about parking and other property rules like front desk hours. I love the fact that the tone is set as a family environment instead of a hotel. I’m enjoying the things being implemented for guests like lunch with the staff and planting flowers around the property. Makes this extended stay feel more like an apartment complex

This is a brand new extended stay hotel in the Northlake area of Charlotte, NC, so luckily we were the first guests for our selected room. The room is very spacious. I love the vinyl/wood flooring. That carpet at most hotels are not sanitary or clean. The TV is big enough that we can see it. It has a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator, which is outstanding. It has a gym & laundry facility on the premises, which are amenities that we enjoy & appreciate. The staff is very welcoming. The GM is Chad & it has been a pleasure working with him. He's always professional & pleasant. I feel like the staff makes me feel like family. MJ & Jamile always make me laugh, & they are always friendly. This is probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at! Nicest staff and very friendly. They always speak to me when i come in and make my stay feel very welcoming and MJ and I went to middle school together ❤️! Best location close to northlake mall and plenty on restaurants! Thank yall for being so nice 😊

Stay was great. Was in town for work with my father and everyone was welcoming and accommodating. Jamile made our stay feel like we were family from being very welcoming and always eager to handle. every morning he got up to make coffee for me and my crew bro definitely had his all poured into it. MJ wa every friendly and so was Nautica. The manager has a very professional but cool demeanor. Will be staying where they are.

Jamile, MJ & Nautica has gave Great Customer Service my whole stay anything that I’ve needed they have really made me feel welcome. I love the rooms they was very clean and had everything i needed in it
