WoodSpring Suites Charlotte Airport

Great long stay option near Charlotte Airport I choose WoodSpring Suites for every trip to Charlotte. The staff and management is friendly, the building is new, and the rooms are modern and well equipped for long stays with a cooking range and refrigerator. Despite being near the airport, the rooms are very quiet thanks to excellent windows. Plenty of storage, efficient AC and heating, and easy access to shopping and coffee nearby. It truly feels like home. Highly recommended.

I really didn’t want to leave a bad review but just a few hours in I have to say it’s fatiguing.. I’m here due to the bad weather in Charlotte and roads being awful. I knew going in this probably was going to be a questionable decision The staff downstairs is nice, but the walls are paper thin here. I can hear people upstairs walking, the wall behind my bed shakes when they move around, and the opposite wall, well I can hear them partying, talking, and the tv enough to know what they’re watching. And I’m also an asthmatic. I’ve used my inhaler multiple times since I arrived today. The place smells like black and milds and weed. From the elevator to the room. It’s lingering everywhere. This is a newer hotel too.. but the rooms are basically cheap ikea stuff, which is fine honestly, onl

⭐ AVOID THIS HOTEL ⭐ If I could give ZERO STARS I absolutely would. Before you book, take a moment to notice how sudden “good” reviews seem to appear and read between the lines. This hotel engages in MISLEADING AND DECEPTIVE PRACTICES. I was quoted one price online, but when I arrived to check in I was suddenly told there were new fees that were NEVER disclosed at booking and are STILL not listed on their website. These fees were supposedly implemented the day before my arrival with no notice to guests. Because I did not have the extra money for these surprise charges (that I was never informed about), the hotel denied me my stay and then kept HALF of my money even though they were the ones who refused my check-in. I DID NOT cancel my reservation. This is extremely unfair and feels INTENTI

First time staying at WoodSpring extended stay in I highly recommend the service with customer service was excellent the check in was fast and very convenient. I believe the young lady name was Erika that works the front desk she made sure I was toking good care of she went above in beyond to make sure all my needs was met and she did it with a smile on her face

Nice hotel, professional employees when checking in and out. Hotel room was clean. Neighborhood seem to be safe. I did not spend much time in the hotel came down for the ACC football championship. My only complaint would be the third floor hallway, smelt like marijuana smoke.
