WoodSpring Suites Billings

This is a nice, clean and quiet extended stay hotel complete with a full size refrigerator and small kitchen. The beds are firm but comfortable and the area seems to be safe and crime free. Short drive to downtown and to King Street. Excellent choice for families that dont want to eat out every night or workers staying for a while. Staff is always very friendly. I stay here every time im in town for work.

This hotel claims to have suites which we rented one of them. The room has no amenities. No ice bucket, no ice machine on premises, no coffee maker nor is there community coffee, no soap or anything else. I mean nothing at all. If you want or need anything you have to leave the hotel and walk a ways to a convenient store. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this was hands down the worst experience ever. They advertised shuttle service which they don’t have and the are twice the distance from the airport than publicized. We left after the first night to never return.

No Coffee anywhere on property... No hand soap bar or anything like that. You need to bring EVERYTHING... VERY nice room! Food was left in fridge when we checked into our, and pretty dusty under bed, but other than that it was pretty clean.

Drove 13 hours. Some during a snow storm, to only find out on arrival that “pet-friendly” meant only dogs. Receptionist was nice and recommended us another hotel but this all could have been avoided if your website we clearly labeled. Please change so this doesn’t happen again.

Check in was a complete disaster. I booked through an affiliated site and when I told them I had a dog they immediately changed my $50 deposit (stated on the affiliated website) to a $50 fee plus $10 a night extra. The general manager had her kids at work, they were climbing on the counter where I was checking in and they were totally out of control. I called the customer service line and was informed that it is an independently owned and operated hotel and they can do what they want. Completely unprofessional check in. Save your sanity and money and don't stay here.
