Residence Inn by Marriott Billings

We are faithful Residence Inn guests. We have never once had a bad experience at one- and we’ve traveled the country! Their rooms are always clean comfortable and fully stocked with everything we could need. The staff are always very nice and friendly and this location is no exception. At the front Desk, Chris, was extremely helpful and kind when we arrived in the middle of the night. I am so glad we’ve found this hotel line because we will never stay anywhere else! I also must include they Literally always have the best breakfasts, but this location had the best!! Blueberry AND strawberry compote, waffles, muffins, bagels, eggs, sausage, hashbrown patties biscuits and gravy and more! We arrived late on a road trip and were checked in by an exceptional staff member who went the extra mile to ensure we had a two-room suite for us and our daughter. The rooms were clean, the shower was wonderful, the hair / body products were great. The bed sheets / pillows / blanket could be a higher thread count (especially for a Marriott property) but we still had a great sleep. Fireplace in the suite was a nice touch along with a full kitchen. It felt very safe and we felt comfortable leaving our camping gear in our car while we slept. I would stay here again.

My entire experience booking and staying in a two bedroom/two bathroom suite for a short stay at Residence Inn in Billings was an excellent experience. The representative at the Inn who assisted me was pleasant, knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer assistance for a reasonable value. She listened to and provided the exact accommodations specific to our needs...since there were two adults and a teenager wanting separate bedrooms and bathrooms in a nice venue. I called to notify the Staff of a late arrival on the start date...the Staff shared the room was ready and waiting for me...again a very pleasant experience. We had a great stay at this hotel in Billings. It was our first time at this location, and like other Residence Inns we've been to, it didn't disappoint. Our room was nice and had plenty of room for our family. Rebecca, the breakfast attendant, was very kind each morning that we saw her. Lots of choices for breakfast, which was great. The pool is nice, although the temperature felt colder than the posted temperature of 82 degrees. But, it felt great on hot August days! We will be back when we return to Billings!
