Boothill Inn & Suites

We had a great time at Boothill. The rooms and hotel were very clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The pool and hot tubs were very clean. The pool is heated and very nice to get some exercise in. The dining room was clean and breakfast had a lot of variety and was very tasty. The hotel is close to gas stations, shopping, restaurants and anything you might want. We will definitely stay here again.

Didn't even stay here, as I unexpectedly had to cancel my trip due to the wedding I was going to being called off. When I went to cancel the booking, I realised I'd booked the non-refundable by accident, an option which is not terribly common (I looked at ~40 other Billings-area hotels, and only ~10 offered it, and none were as expensive as Boothill). Now, the policy is the hotel's, not Booking.com's, as one other time due to injury, I had to cancel a hotel with a non-refundable rate (it was literally the only hotel in the area, so I didn't have a choice); that hotel refunded me without issue. Boothill was not easy to talk to and literally gave me the runaround, as they told me it's Booking.com's policy, which isn't true, as Booking.com said it's up the hotel, and even gives customers an o

The room was immaculate , bed was amazing, service was wonderful, price wonderful! the shuttle driver was hilarious and very personable! love the option to leave vehicles there when flying instead of of pricey airport fees! love this place AMAZING 🤩 thank you 🙏

Positive: The reviews did not match the hotel I didn't see anything bad that was in the reviews. There was a sign on the counter regarding the pool and spa temperatures. Staff were very professional and helpful. Room was nice and clean. Negative: Nothing

Really glad I tried this place. We stayed here on two different occasions in October. It is great for airport travel as the drive is like 5 minutes away. The shuttle service is very reliable either mid day or late at night. The pool and hot tubs (there are two) looked great. The only reason we didn’t use them was because of our travel time did not allow for the opportunity to enjoy them but we were prepared to…just too tied. The staff is great and everything is clean. We parked our car there for 5 days for the small fee of $40 plus a one night stay on only one leg of the trip. Much more affordable and safer than the longterm parking at the airport. Plus we were late arrivals and didn’t want to drive 2 hours at night to get home after traveling all day. Give this family owned hotel a try!
