C'mon Inn Hotel of Billings, Montana

This hotel was the worst out of 10 during our 15 days mid west tour. I was really expecting much more due to pretty good reviews on both Tripadvisor and Google.|Hotel has a quaint layout and good potential, but we only found two things satisfactory - free ample parking in front and fair size heated pool, though with heavy chlorine smell.|All the others are disappointing and I name them below:|- Staff was the unkindest we saw,|- This is probably due to understaffing as we saw only one employee per shift,|- Check In by pierced tattooed lady without a smile and welcome, just said 'Give me a minute', disappeared and returned after 10 min, left us waiting at the counter. She was serving no one as we were the only checking in at that time. Just gave us the keys without any explanations about the

I love this place it's very quiet no booking after midnight unless it's online so it's private Peaceful they have a waterfall , big pool 5 hot tubs surround by lil rock walls and plants in secluded areas all around the beautiful indoor trees and and waterfall coy pond with bridge if your looking for outdoors , peaceful , beautiful , cozy and honestly feels like home the beds are so comfy crispy white linen folded beautifully in the bathrooms all the extras if you forget ! It's got an mini arcade for the kids inside the waterfall . Breakfast big smart TVs that have you name and welcome you when you get to the room . My family has stayed at this location every time we visit Billings for years now ! Prices are great too a king suite prices are amazing

Fun building and really cool hot tubs and pool and great location!! However, I’ve stayed three times at this location and two out of three times there were ants in the room. Furthermore, the overall cleanliness was lacking in rooms and elsewhere. As far as service goes, I find it difficult to give a straight review. For the most part, I’ve noticed the nighttime employees typically carried a better and friendlier attitude than those I talked to when checking out in the mornings or checking in in the afternoons. My experience with checking in and out was never horrid but never felt welcoming or kind by any means. I know what it’s like to work customer service and sometimes you just have a bad day, however I do think it’s something worth being honest about as it’s affected my want to stay aga

Positive: "" Negative: Stayed at this motel several times, was always satisfied. The mattress in the room I had this time was the worst mattress I have ever tried to sleep on. Did not sleep well at all. Probably will not stay at this motel again.

The rooms are clean, and the area to walk around inside is pretty cool. A very cool place you can watch the fish. I will definitely stay again!
