Hilton Garden Inn Billings

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Billings and overall, it was a comfortable experience. The room was clean, spacious, and the king bed gave us a good night’s rest after a long drive. I appreciated the little details like having a microwave, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker which made it convenient during our stay. The bathroom was tidy with granite countertops and plenty of lighting, and the shower had good water pressure. The rate for a night was a bit on the pricey side, but it came with a continental breakfast which was a nice perk. The hotel also has an indoor pool and gym, though we were too tired to use them this time. Parking was convenient, and the property is wheelchair accessible which makes it easier for everyone. Oh man, I really don’t know where to start. My wife and I booked this location on 17 Nov and unfortunately, we had quite an experience—and not the one we hoped for. When we checked in, the Hilton computer system had crashed, which was understandable. After some time, we finally received our room keys. Once we got to the room, we did our usual check of the bathroom, bed, and surroundings. In the first room we were assigned, we immediately noticed mold around the bathtub. I called the front desk and spoke with Seth, who was very understanding and quickly accommodated us by assigning a new room. Before we even left the hallway, another guest informed me that he experienced the exact same mold issue in his room. That was a big red flag. The second room, unfortunately, wasn’t much better. T

I got to my room and stepped into the bathroom. The entire tile floor was sticky. I stepped out and saw that the coffee pot was not clean. ||The good part was that the staff was very accommodating and changed my room promptly and without question.

Always a pleasant stay when I'm driving through Montana. The rooms are clean and the staff is courteous, professional and accommodating. It's located near a Walmart and multiple eating establishments. There is also a restaurant and bar located inside the Hotel.
