Candlewood Suites Billings West by IHG

This place doesn’t prioritize families. Although it says they have pak and plays online, we called to double check and were told they didn’t have them because they were a fire hazard. When asking where our baby could sleep she said “I don’t know” We stayed across the street at Homewood suites and the customer service and stay there was absolutely fantastic.

Cleanest hotel I have stayed at in a while! Friendly staff, laundry, gym, kitchen. New beds, excellent water pressure, walk in shower. No breakfast, however plenty of microwaveable foods, or bring your own! Very quiet and comfy.

We purposely booked this room in the middle of a long road trip for a treat and nice home made dinner for two. The stove kept turning off and locking every few minutes. I asked at the desk for instructions and they sent up a nice worker, but she could not get the stove to stay on either. We moved our half cooked dinner to another room, and the stove situation was the same. I finally microwaved the rest of the dinner. Manager pictures on this site show a King Suite having a nice bar where two people can enjoy a nice dinner together. In reality, I had to eat in a lounger with a tray and my husband ate at the desk. So when booking this "comforts of home" hotel, know there is no pool, no breakfast, no oven (we almost bought frozen pizzas), no close liquor store, no wine or beer in the ho

Nice and new, but king room is way too small to be called a 'suite'. We had no place for our stuff. It's like they put a kitchenette in a standard room. No breakfast, and it was the most expensive room in this group of hotels. We'll stay somewhere else next time.

When working with Patrick on setting up a corporate discount, it was convenient and efficient. The service at the hotel was warm and friendly. Super clean accommodations as well.
