WoodSpring Suites Austin North I-35

We came in to for a family reunion and had a wonderful stay at the WoodSpring Suites. We were greeted by a helpful and polite staff member. The room was a little dated, but immaculately clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room was quiet. We will definitely stay here again for the next visit.

Positive: That's absolutely nothing about this hotel that I liked at all Negative: This hotel is disgusting in several different ways they have department definitely needs to come out and inspect when you walk in the hotel you can smell the infestation of rodents and roaches. Absolutely trash hotel I would never in my life go back

We arrived after a 13 hour drive only to be told our room had been cancelled through a booking website with no notification. The room had been booked 6+ weeks in advance, and had been paid for. My card had been charged. The booking website itself had confirmed that my room waa secured. The front desk person (Tia) was helpful in getting me in touch with the GM, who told me that they immediately cancel reservations where a card doesn't run. This was not the case in my situation as my card had been processed, so it was unclear to me why it was cancelled. The person in front of me in line and behind me in line had the same issue with a cancelled room. I would advise against staying here, especially during high volume, Formula1 weekends in town. I stayed just 1 night problem free. My room was pretty clean. There was a little fuzz or hair in the shower, a few short strands, but I think the shower was still clean nonetheless. My vehicle went without incident being parked in the back & check-in was seamless.

Passing through the area again n of course I choose this location.. It’s convenient to the Ih-35 n plenty of Restaurants or Groceries nearby.. Front desk staff n management and to the Housekeeping staff especially Sarah keeps this Hotel clean n organized!! Very Helpful and are there when you need them.. Thank you again for everything they do!! Sarah you are the Best!! Keep up the Great work..
