Cambria Hotel Austin Downtown

I enjoy staying here when I come into town for work. The rooms are spacious, views are nice, and amenities are great too. The hotel staff are really friendly and welcoming. So is the valet staff, Stephen, Art, and Bella did an amazing job on my latest trip. They were very attentive, handled the car with care, and provided quick service. My only issue was the last and this time I stayed here there were a lot of long straggler hairs in the bathroom on the sink and floor areas. Cleaning staff should be more attentive to that when cleaning. There is also construction in the area and it’s right off I-35 so traffic can be a little busy.

Awesome room very updated and large. The food (mashed potatoes and zucchini were actually one of the best I've ever eaten. So was the breakfast omelette)! Great staff - super friendly! Loved my stay. Thank you.

Loved that we were able to check in early, but the first room we were given, the door didn’t work so we had to get a different room. 2nd room, water was coming up from the floors in the bathroom, so they called and told us they’d have to move us to another room. 3rd room was fine. Staff there was awesome. Super helpful and kind. The valet staff, Alex and Olivia were GREAT. Super professional and kind. Location was right off of rainy street, so very loud at night. From like 8pm-after midnight, it’s very loud. But overall, our stay was fine.

This hotel is a hidden gem! Conveniently located next to Rainey Street. It’s even more impressive in person than on the website. The staff was incredible, and the valet service was the best part. They were so respectful, and Finn, in particular, was “Johnny on the spot” with my car.

Aaron truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment we arrived, he demonstrated outstanding customer service, always greeting us with a warm, professional attitude. He was attentive, organized, and consistently had our car ready exactly when we needed it, making everything seamless and stress-free. His efficiency and positive demeanor did not go unnoticed and genuinely elevated our overall experience.
