Frame Hotel - SoCo

Located right off south congress which was perfection (and right behind one of my favorites, Güeros) The Frame Hotel transports you to a quiet oasis the second you swing open the massive doors. You are greeted by beautiful wood accent walls and a koi pond and garden. The property is quiet and feels secluded and private. My room had a private patio that was lovely to relax on. The room was modern and comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. I especially enjoyed the large bathroom. The room has excellent lighting as well which I appreciated. I’d highly recommend this property to my local friends for a weekend getaway and those visiting from out of town as well. I look forward to my next stay here!

This was a very special stay. We loved the consistent, purposeful text communication before, during, and after our stay. Check-in was seamless, and we were stunned by how thoughtfully our suite was both designed and decorated. The lanai offers a feeling of intimacy even with our shade open. No expense has been spared, but there is never once a feeling of being out-of-place. We appreciated having high quality dishware, utensils, and their amber glass mugs are just lovely. It seems they’ve partnered with a local food supplier for their sundries store, as I noted their mints are from a local brand, but it could be a mix. It was a pretty little oasis off of Congress Street. The rooms were amazingly clean and comfortable. The venue next door had live music which we enjoyed from the hotel patio with a glass of wine. It’s a well- thought out space. We’ll be back.

I do not normally write hotel reviews because I am not normally impressed with many hotels. Frame is review worthy. We stayed at Frame while we were in town for ACL. I wanted to be on South Congress so I could walk to my favorite restaurants and shop. It was so convenient to all that I love about the South Congress area and so much less chaotic than the downtown hotels. It is definitely a different kind of hotel experience. As soon as you walk onto the property, there is a zen like vibe. I love that there is no crowded lobby & I didn't have to go to a desk to check in when I got in late. Steps away from South Congress, it was one of the most tranquil, amazing stays. The bedding was so comfortable I even asked where they source it. They also have a little mini-market with snacks and everything you might need. The space is so thoughtfully designed — peaceful, modern, and truly relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back.
