Frame Hotel - Treehouse

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location! The courtyard and the common room (for coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc.) were particularly wonderful. It really feels like a great escape and yet the crazy/quirky energy of South Congress is only a 1 minute walk away!

This is a smart boutique hotel nestled in the neighborhood just behind the Continental Club on Congress. Walking distance to just about anything fun: music, restaurants, shopping, Lady Bird Lake. Thoughtfully curated wines & beverages are available for a relaxing hour or two on the interior tree covered patio, with the sound of a water feature to soothe. It is a lovely escape from the crowds on Congress. The staff were warm & accessible. The towels were plush. Shampoo etc products high end. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience at the frames hotel treehouse in Austin, TX. ||The location is awesome. It's a quiet residential street only a stoned throw from the busy SoCo area with lively bars, shops restaurants, and live music. ||The courtyard was really sweet and inviting. I met some nice people there and we talked well into the night drinking the good quality wine that was offered in the communal kitchen. ||I showed my friend who lives in Austin and he said that he will recommend it to other when they are in Austin. |It was very clean and the price was better than most other hotels in the area despite being of a higher quality. ||The room was very nice with high quality furniture, bed and linens. I travel a lot for work and I stay at a lot of hotels. I was very impressed. Charming, welcoming,

Quiet, modern, and serene. This hotel is so clean it feels luxurious and has lots of natural light from ceiling high windows. Professionally designed interior. The common areas are gorgeous, especially around the live oak tree. I And on top of all this, this hotel is walking distance to South Congress where there’s lots of tasty food, shops, and things to see.

My wife and I stayed at the Frame Treehouse the first weekend in November. What a great hotel! It felt like we were guests in someone's home. The outdoor space and common room were both immaculate and comfortable. I don't drink alcohol and especially liked the filtered water and soda water dispenser in the common area. When we arrived, we were a little concerned that we would be able to hear the music from the jazz club right down the street, but our room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop. The bed was super comfortable, the room was spotless, and the air conditioner was frosty. We will definitely stay here the next time we come to Austin. My only suggestion would be some shelf stable snacks in the common area. There are restaurants nearby, but I never found a place just to go buy food
