Great service from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Taylor at the front desk was especially informative, polite, and made the experience even better. I would absolutely recommend—A+++!

I am enjoying my stay here, I relocated to the area and while I am searching for housing I have been staying here for the past 2 months. I am honestly in no hurry to leave because I like it here. The price is good and everything is included, it is very spacious and functional and feels like a studio apartment. It is clean and safe, they have onsite security and the hotel is staffed 24/7. Housekeeping is included twice a month, free coffee, pet friendly, can't really beat it.

First I would like to say that the treatment I received today from the host was very inappropriate. I checked out early and I asked her about do I get a refund for the night I didn’t stay she immediately told me no, so I asked why she didn’t have a reason why! And went on to say that it was in the paper she gave me when I checked in , I misplaced the paper so I asked for another one as I read it I told her that it didn’t say if I choose to leave early that my money will not be refunded. I left and came back to the desk to ask her why I was charged so much for the room when on my reservation it stated a different price. She explained to me why I was charged that price . Which I understood but I asked her why did they charge me more money she stated they didn’t so I showed her my bank transa

I stayed at Woodspring's Suite Atlanta McDonough for a little over 40 days in September 2025. Mr. Sanjaye and the other staff where all pleasant and helpful. The room I stayed in was clean and the bed was really comfortable. They offer onsite laundry which is really convenient and dollies so you can unpack your vehicle if you have things to transport. The only thing you have to be mindful of is that sometimes the neighbors can get loud, but other than that it was a great experience. Also, the sheriff's office is right around the corner, they have on-site security, and you have to have an activated badge to walk beyond the receptionist area to get to the areas where the rooms are. Also, McDonough, GA is a really nice and safe area to be in general.
