Best Western Plus McDonough Inn & Suites

Insited i pay a deposit to reserve a room that would be ready in a hour. Now 3 weeks later i still have not got my deposit back ! The pool sucked the staff where rude. And apparently i got ripped off by the front desk. And when i called them they where less than helpful. I am a best western member for over ten years. Now ill never stay at this overpriced trash again.

Positive: Very clean facility with friendly staff. Daily housekeeping provided without any issues.Heated pool Negative: I honestly can't say Anything negative about my stay

The cleaning staff packed up my luggage due to booking issue, I understand that happens, we overcome that drama. What I wasn’t ready for was the staff went thru my bags and stole all of my cash, yes I shouldn’t have been carrying cash in my luggage but I did, that’s on me. Do not stay here at all. If the management want to contact me on this post you have all of my details, don’t bullshit your staff stole money

The staff, even with a late check in was amazing. The gentleman that checked us in was genuinely happy to see us. We were surprised by the HUGE, clean room! Traveling a bunch with a family, we always go on the cheaper side of hotels while traveling from designation to designation to save some money. This hotel while cheaper on our pocketbook, was certainly not cheap in quantity. Ever part was next level. The room, including the beds, towels, and pull out bed were great. First pullout bed ever found in a hotel that was comfortable! The pool was open late, and so so warm. We also used the workout equipment. More than adequate. The breakfast and the breakfast area were great. Again, much much better than I've gotten at at an affordable hotel before. Will be coming back for years to come.

Pleasant front desk. Older hotel with large clean rooms. Basic amentities and comfortable bed. Coffee machine didn't work. Breakfast was satisfactory and select items were only replenished when gone, which caused waiting and issues with freshness. Overall, for the price, it was a reasonable value.
