La Quinta Inn & Suites Atlanta South - McDonough

This hotel was a really good place for a family to stretch out and relax on our ministry business and to see some extended family in the area for the holidays. ||Number one thing in my book that I will mention are the employees. Everyone went out of their way to attend to accommodation requests and to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We stayed in the 2 queen room 211. Beds were really comfortable, the room pretty spacious, and the whole establishment was super clean and sanitary. The staff was constantly cleaning. They provided several toiletry items that we had forgotten and if they do not have something you are in need of, there are plenty of shopping and restaurants within walking distance or a very short driving distance, such as Super Target, Wal Mart, Dollar Ge

Breakfast bar is on point the breakfast guy keeps it super clean everything full and everything taste amazing including the coffee. The little card in our room says morgan cleaned it, its super clean im very happy, the hotel as a whole seems very clean lobby is nice and open with plenty of seating options. We are here on valentines day.

It was easy to find and easy to book but the intangible that makes this place exceptional was Allison. She was professional and welcoming. She greeted our children and dogs and made us feel very welcome. Had a little mishap with some luggage and she hunted my phone number down and called me to get it squared away. Talk about service!!!!!

Positive: Clean. Easy access and well lit parking lot Negative: Elevators had dirty floors

The lady the front desk was very nice. It’s downhill from there. The couch was ripped and stained. The bed was horrible. If you like, sinking in where other people have laid this for you, there was no escaping the giant crater. The breakfast was horrible. Oh that’s not forget the people sitting in their cars just sitting it’s sketched me out. What are they waiting for? I don’t know, but they were in their quite a long time. Several people were in their cars and my husband, and I noticed it on several occasions when I would go to take dogs I didn’t feel safe.
