I had an amazing stay at this Holiday Inn Express and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Jaden at the front desk, and honestly, that first interaction set the tone for the entire stay. Jaden was professional, friendly, welcoming, and made check-in smooth and easy. You can tell he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. Excellent customer service like that goes a long way and really makes a difference. The rooms were absolutely amazing — very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Stayed at Holiday Inn Express & Suites McDonough by IHG and had a solid experience overall. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a quick overnight or short stay. Rooms were quiet, beds were comfortable, and everything felt well maintained. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Breakfast was what you’d expect from a Holiday Inn Express, convenient and good enough to get the day started. Location is convenient to the interstate, restaurants, and shopping, which makes it an easy choice when passing through or staying nearby. Not luxury, but reliable, comfortable, and hassle free. Easy 4 stars and I’d stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience. Jaden Velazquez, the front desk manager was so very helpful, friendly, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.

We only stayed one night but it was a comfortable stay. The place is clean and well maintained. The breakfast staff were friendly and courteous. The food for the free breakfast was better than most, too. We slept well and the price wasn't too expensive.
