WoodSpring Suites Ashland - Richmond North

Stayed for two days and found at least 5 cockroaches in the room. Floors were so dirty we threw away our socks. Sticky stuff spilled all over the floor in front of refrigerator and so many questionable stains on the floors around the bed. Definitely not mopped. Barely any hot water and the entire hotel smelled like weed. Will definitely not be staying here ever again.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! We made a hotel reservation over the phone and received our confirmation number along with booking details via email. Upon our arrival at 10:07 pm, the receptionist informed us that the hotel was closed and that they were unable to assist us. She suggested that we return the following day. She also informed us that we would not be eligible for a refund and that we would need to return the following day to discuss the situation, as the hotel closes at 10 pm. When we booked the room, it was 9:47 pm, and we informed them that we were approximately 20-30 minutes away. They initially agreed to let us in, but upon our arrival, they informed us that the hotel was closed and would not allow us to enter our room or issue a refund. I strongly advise against booking this hotel

Read the small print, bring soap/shampoo (and i suggest cleaning supplies) To be fair, They don’t lie about that stuff, but it caught me off guard, so just know what you are getting into. ||Prepare to hear every noise made by people above/around you. ||Very pet friendly (apparently) complete with the smells/noise. However, The dog smell was palled by the combination of cigarette/pot smells. ||However, If you are pot smoking dog owner with toddlers to bang around, (Don’t forget to pay the extra for kitchen supplies) This place is for you! ||On the upside, The front desk personnel I dealt with were very polite and nice. ||The issues here are the actual|construction of the facility, And the business model.
