If it were possible to rate this hotel a zero, I most definitely would. Let me start by saying their elevator door panel is hanging on by a literal thread and there is not a permit hanging which is illegal. The rooms are large (literally the only plus). Two light switches are other broke or do absolutely nothing. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever come across in a hotel!!! The pillows are flat and super uncomfortable. I called the front desk to ask for another pillow and I was told they do not have pare pillows……..? The bathroom is very small as well as the shower. Don’t even think you will be able to extend your arms to wash your hair. Sink in the bathroom the handle flips completely off the entire faucet. We got there and were given room 229. When we inspected the room, we found many issues. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder and the shampoo dispenser were broken. In the room, the light bulbs were missing from both nightstand lamps, and the switch on one of the reading lamps was completely busted. The freezer door was also missing in the fridge.||We went back to the front desk to report these issues, and they acknowledged them immediately and offered us another room. The new room, 209, did not have any issues. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable.||The Wi-Fi is excellent. The bed is comfortable as well. The breakfast was adequate, with a couple of hot options (eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles).||We will definitely come back to this hotel if the price stays affordable.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We stayed in a king suite. It was only a few dollars more and we enjoyed the extra room. It was reasonably priced for the area. There were lots of food options very close by. It was right off the interstate so it was great for an overnight stop while traveling. The breakfast offered a variety even though they ran out of yogurt. They were out of eggs at 8:00 but had replenished them at 8:30. Staff was courteous. The lobby was decorated with a Christmas tree.

We have been Choice Hotel faithful for years. This year, however, we have started to branch out to IHG brands due to Choice Hotels being such a disappointment on most of our stays. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE STAYS! If every Choice Hotel mimicked this hotel we would never branch out to other brands. The room was perfect! Clean, many hooks to hang our towels for next day usage, hot water, bug-less, nice furniture. The staff was friendly and helpful. We did not utilize the pool but it looked nice. The breakfast was fantastic!! Clean areas, plenty of great tasting hot foods and a good variety of cold choices! We have found our stay when in this area. We will book again! Thank you so much!! CHOICE take notice and maybe come to see what this hotel does right!

This was our second stay at this location. The rooms and hotel are very clean. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast offers a good variety and caters to dietary needs. Even the other guests are respectful of the “Quiet time” between 9 P.M. and 6 A.M. We have stayed here and trailered a classic truck down for a local show. I can park my tow vehicle and trailer without any restrictions. Since this visit was in November, I can't comment on how easy it is in other months. When the show returns next year, we will definitely stay here again.
